CRGO / GO

Grain-oriented

Low core loss in the rolling direction. For power and distribution transformers, reactors and instrument transformers.

CRNGO / NGO

Non-grain-oriented

Uniform magnetic properties in all directions. For motors, generators and rotating machines.

Reading a grade code

GO grades follow a compact naming system. Example: B27R090
